Level Wound Coil (LWC) Copper Tubes The Level Wound Coil (LWC) Copper Tubes is one of our imported & supplied products. All LWC tubes are normally produced according to ASTM & Coproclima specifications. These specifications were prepared to take account of the requirements of ACR industry. Each millimetre of tubes is 100% Eddy-Current tested and any surface defects found will be clearly marked by black colour. For heavy coils, we wound LWC copper tubes in "Eye to Sky" (Jumbo) form as per customer request. The tube is cleaned with Nitrogen purging. Moreover to protect the tubes against dust & internal oxidation during transportation or long storing, the tube ends are sealed with plastic caps

PANCAKE COPPER (PCC) TUBES


Pancake Copper (PCC) Tubes are widely used material in so many industries, commercial purposes etc. Copper has ductility features, and it also protects from natural corrosion resistance. Our manufactured Copper Tube Pan Cake Coil can easily be used in refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical application, solar application, and other general engineering purposes. Copper provides excellent ductile property and has the strength to work for extended-lasting usage.

Technical Specification :
  • OD: It ranges from 4.0mm to 25.4mm
  • Thickness: 0.40mm onwards
  • Coil Weight: Available in 80kg – 100kg – 150kg – 200kg – 250kg – 300kg – 500kg
  • Remarks: Phosphorus Deoxidized Copper Oxygen Free Copper


COPPER PIPES AND TUBES FOR ACR APPLICATION


These tubes are manufactured as per International and National Standards required by client. All tubes are electronically tested by Eddy Current method, as per the requirements of ASTM E 243. Indigo tubes are 100% carbon free. All tubes are cleaned and sample tested to meet the residual requirements as specified by the codes at 0.038g/m2 (0.35g/ft2). Coils are normally furnished in ‘O60’ temper and straight lengths in H58 temper. 100% RoHS Compliance.

  • Standard Length: 50 Feet/100 Feet in Coil Form & 6 Meters in Straight Length. Also as per client requirements
  • Thickness: 10SWG (3.2mm) to 27SWG (0.4mm)
  • Temper: "O" (Soft Annealed)/ H58 (Drawn General Purpose) Temper
  • Application: ACR, Instrumentation, Railways, General Engineering etc


MEDICAL GRADE COPPER PIPES


Each product conforms to ASTM B-280/B-819 specifications, is specially cleaned, de-burred, purged and pressurized with nitrogen gas, and features easy to remove, installer friendly, rubber plugs. Indigo Metalloys uses modern and environment friendly aqueous degreasing system to achieve the ASTM B 280 cleanliness limit of less than 0.0035 g/sq. ft on interior surfaces. 100% RoHS Compliance.

Particularization Should Be Given To:
  • Site Cleaning of tubes and components.
  • Pipeline gas purging during brazing.
  • Use of approved filler metals and fluxes.
  • Post brazing cleaning and visual inspection of all joints.
  • Full compliance with pressure and containment testing, before final approval and use.
